Brief info
Mickey grew up in a Navy family, which meant frequent moves, but plenty of backpack trips to keep the family connected. Now retired from her own military career and plenty of "hikes" there, she works as a cardiac nurse and owns a boarding stable. Living in Camp Union, WA with her husband, she shares her love of horses through teaching clinics for youth of 4-H and Back Country Horsemen of Washington (BCHW). She also competes on a Mounted Drill Team when not out packing and clearing trails with BCHW.
